TERMS & CONDITIONS

DISCLAIMER

Professional and high-quality photos, HEX codes, and a clear vision for your brand are required for our services. If you do not have these items, your order will be canceled, and no refund will be issued. Feel free to contact Branding University before purchasing services if you are unsure. Freestyling is no longer an option. A vision has to be established before purchasing any services. Please be clear and precise so we can be happy the first time around.

PAYMENTS & PRICING

A non-refundable deposit will need to be made upon approval of this agreement and proposal. Branding University will not begin Services until an agreement is signed, and a deposit is made. The client agrees that all payments are non-refundable. Files will not be provided to the Client until the final payment is made.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Branding University does not provide refunds for any services.

  • The order will be canceled immediately if the client posts drafts to social media.

REVISISIONS & DRAFTS

  • All drafts are based on a questionnaire completed by the client and will be sent via email.

  • Branding University has a four (4) free revision limit.

  • If the client is not satisfied after the four (4) revisions, Branding University will charge $15 per additional revision.

  • Any drafts are Branding University's property and must not be used or posted in any way. Posting or sharing drafts will result in automatic cancellation without a refund.

FINAL FILES FORMAT

  • All files are transferred via email.

  • All logo files are sent through AI, .svg, .eps, .pdf, .png, and .jpg formats.

  • All other branding materials are sent through .jpeg, .png, .pdf.

  • Please remember all final files must be downloaded for great quality. Please refrain from screenshotting any projects.

  • Once the final project is complete and approved, the design process will come to an end. Please ensure that you are satisfied with everything when you approve the final design.

  • If there is an error on Branding University’s part (spelling, missing info, etc.), Branding University will fix it free of charge. However, design changes such as colors, font, etc. after final approval will be subject to a $50 revision fee.

TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

Once the final work is sent, the Client has permission to do what they please with their product. They must, however, under no circumstances sell the graphics to a third party. Branding University has the right to post the client's project on social media and/or online for promotional and portfolio purposes.

ARTISTIC RELEASE

The client has spent a satisfactory amount of time reviewing the Designer's work and has a reasonable expectation that the Designer will perform the Services in a similar manner and style unless otherwise specified in this Agreement. The designer will use reasonable efforts to ensure the Client's desired Services are produced in a style and manner consistent with Vendor's current portfolio, and the Designer will try to incorporate any reasonable suggestion made by the Client. However, the Client understands and agrees that:

  • Every client is different, with different tastes, budgets, and needs.

  • Services are often a subjective art and the Designer has a unique vision, with an ever-evolving style and technique.

  • The designer will use its artistic judgment when providing Services for Client, which may not include strict adherence to Client’s suggestions.

  • Although the Designer will use reasonable efforts to incorporate Client’s suggestions and desires when providing Client with the Services, Designer shall have the final say regarding the aesthetic judgment and artistic quality of the Services.

CLIENT COMMUNICATION

  • To keep a paper trail, All communication between Branding University and the Client must be done via Email or Text Message. Only scheduled phone calls. Brand Strategy Calls and any scheduled calls will include a recap email following the call.

  • All Emails/Messages are responded to within one business day during business hours. However, response times may be extended during peak times.

  • All questionnaires must be completed within 48 hours after being sent. If not, the Order will be canceled and no refund will be issued.

  • If work is purchased and the client “disappears” after 21 days of no-show, no call, and no response; you will receive two reminder emails and a courtesy text message to whichever phone number is used during checkout. If Branding University still receives no response, your project(s) will be deemed as forfeited and no refund will be provided. If the Client would like to continue after the project has been forfeited, a restart fee of $200 will be charged and the project turnaround time will restart completely.

  • Professionalism and respect are essential on both sides of the business. Branding University strives to treat every client with respect, great professionalism, and exceptional customer service. If at any time a client becomes disrespectful and intolerable, Branding University has every right to cancel any open project and refuse the right to use any work sent prior.
